Service Description
Using breathwork technique we will guide you through meditation where we will identify areas of blockage and resistance. Helping you work through that resistance in a safe and calming environment. We will teach you how to release and let go of meditation expectations and thought "control". We hold space to allow you to find your way back to your center, your breath and develop your meditation style and what works for you. We will provide recommendations based on your session and what was worked on during it. This also includes a mini Reiki Session. This service is provided in our studio in Germantown, MD. If you wish to be outside in nature or experience this virtually ; please send us a message or schedule a free 15 minute consultation. The following services are available to be added during your a 1-1 Guided Meditation (not virtually). Energetic Cleanse $15 Rapé (Hapé) $10 Ask about combining multiple add ons.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds offered after booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us via email at least 24hours before your session. Accommodations will be provide if able. There is a fee of $20 for no shows or sessions canceled within 12 hours or less from time of appointment. You can reschedule your appointment one time, if you need to reschedule that appointment again, you will be charge another deposit fee.
